We rebuilt the agents engine top to bottom (six phases), shipped one-click Docker deploys to Fly.io, taught the CMS to teleport itself between machines, gave editors passwordless sign-in with passkeys and TOTP, and finally wrote down the master plan for the mobile companion app. This is the densest stretch in the project's history.
